Pixlico ("we", "us", "our") operates this store and website. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
Order information. When you make a purchase we collect your name, email address, shipping address, billing address, phone number (if provided), and details of the products you ordered. Payment card details are processed securely by our payment providers (such as Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, PayPal, or similar). We never see or store your full card number.
Device and usage information. When you browse the site we automatically collect standard analytics data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, time on site, and referring pages. We collect this through cookies and similar technologies to keep the store working, prevent fraud, and understand how visitors use the site.
Communications. If you contact support, we keep the correspondence so we can help you and improve our service.
Product setup information. To program your Pixlico products we may store the business name and the public Google listing link you provide. This is business information you choose to give us for the product to work.
How we use your information
- To fulfill and ship your orders, and to program your products
- To send order confirmations, shipping updates, and support replies
- To provide warranty service and process refunds
- To send marketing emails only if you opted in. Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
- To detect and prevent fraud and abuse
- To analyze site performance and improve our products and store
- To comply with legal obligations such as tax and accounting rules
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent or trade your data to third parties for their own marketing.
Sharing with service providers
We share information only with the service providers needed to run the store: Shopify (our e-commerce platform), payment processors, shipping carriers, email delivery services, and analytics providers. Each provider may only use your data to perform services for us. We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights and the safety of our customers.

Our products and site are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
