Welcome to Pixlico. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and your purchase of Pixlico products. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Our products

Pixlico sells NFC-based review cards, stands, badges, and related products that help businesses direct customers to their public review and profile pages. Products are programmed to open a link you provide or that we configure with you. You are responsible for ensuring the link and its use comply with the policies of the destination platform (for example, Google's review policies) and with applicable law. Pixlico is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.

2. Ordering and payment

By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

3. Pricing

All prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

4. Shipping, refunds, and warranty

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Refunds and returns are governed by our Refund Policy, which includes a 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee, the Review Growth Guarantee described in section 7.1, and a Lifetime Warranty on hardware.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use Pixlico products only for lawful purposes. You may not use our products to mislead consumers, solicit fake or incentivized reviews in violation of platform rules or FTC guidelines, or link to unlawful or harmful content. We may refuse service, cancel orders, or disable configuration support where we believe our products are being misused.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos, and product designs, is owned by Pixlico or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

7. Results and our Review Growth Guarantee

Pixlico products make it easier for real customers to leave real reviews. Except for the Review Growth Guarantee in section 7.1, we do not promise any specific number of reviews, star rating, search ranking, or revenue outcome. Results depend on how many customers you serve and how you use the product. Except as expressly stated in section 7.1, our Refund Policy and our warranty, products are provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7.1 Review Growth Guarantee

If you purchase Pixlico directly from our online store and the number of Google reviews on your Google Business Profile has not at least doubled within 60 days of delivery, you may request a full refund of the purchase price by emailing our support address within 90 days of delivery. This is a contractual refund commitment and not a prediction or representation of typical results. We do not require proof, screenshots, or evidence of use. Refunds are issued to the original payment method as described in our Refund Policy. Our obligation under this guarantee is limited to refunding the amount you paid, and it does not create any other liability. For bulk and team orders we may ask you to return unused units using a prepaid label we provide.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixlico will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the products giving rise to the claim. Some states do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Pixlico harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the products or your violation of these Terms or of any third-party platform policy.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Pixlico operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that state, unless applicable consumer law provides otherwise.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
